SpoilerIt's like #Groundhog Day but with a sci-fi action twist.

What I particularly liked about this film is how – similar to many great Jackie Chan flicks – Tom starts as a total weakling-coward-pussy at the beginning, before he turns into the Mr.-Cruise-actionhero-superstar we all know him as.

I didn't like the fast-paced editing of the action scenes, tho. Whenever there is a grand action scene – possibly with lots of CGI, too – (like in the final showdown), I do understand the broad sense of what is happening on the screen. But I usually can't follow the more detailed actions … But whatever. A bad habit of many movies nowadays.

Editing … Edge of Tomorrow broke my bad luck streak with movie theaters. Previously, nearly every film I'd pay to see turned out sucking (Pacific Rim....). Since then, I think the only one that disappointed me in theaters was The Jungle Book :p

Editing … That must've been harsh, paying money and getting disappointed so consistently.

Editing … They said so many amazing things about Pacific Rim... "one of the best," they said. How? How could they come to that conclusion? I see it as literally one of the worst!

Editing … I am very critical of my media though. What some people see as an "amazing superhero movie" I usually see as "generic action movie"
