Machinarium is a modern point'n'click adventure where you play as a robot boy who gets transported out of his robot hometown for reasons yet unknown. On his way back, you will learn that it involves a reunion with his robot girlfriend and a discovery about how three robot bullies are up to more than just marking the big boss.

The game is a bit short but totally delivers on a nearly dead genre. It has a very lovely charm with its wonderful art style, dreamy music and cute way of portraying conversations. Using a big load of mini-games for the various puzzles, it challenges your brain in many clever ways and it even offers an in-game hint system.

The controls could have been a bit more intuitive but overall it is a great recommendation.
