Rez is a music but *not* a rhythm game - yay! Instead of telling you when to press a button in order to produce a sound, in this game it is the other way around: the game creates the music based on *your* actions.

With the core fundament of an on-rail shooter, targeting as well as shooting is tied to short musical bits and pieces which are cleverly arranged, thus always resulting in a harmonic composition. Well, harmonic for electronica ;^)

The game is admittedly short and while the simplistic wireframe and vector-like graphics are appreciated by many connoisseurs for the style it creates, it may look a bit too simple for some gamers. Nonetheless, Rez is one great synesthetic game-- no, experience!
