Stacking is a charming free-roam puzzle game developed by Tim Schafer's company Double Fine who are known for their interesting video game universes. Like this one: in a world full of Matryoshka Dolls the youngest son of a poor family is trying to rescue them from a malicious Baron - and fighting child slavery while he's at it. With many dolls having unique abilities you are to solve small - what I like to call - "social puzzles", that are not too hard and very accessible. Each puzzle has multiple solutions, adding a lot of replay value to the game. Much of the story is told with cutscenes that pay homage to the great silent film era, which adds greatly to the lovely atmosphere of the game.
