Saved!UltyEditing … I thought Rises was great. It wasn't as good as TDK, but it was still miles better than other comic book movies imo. I LOVED Bruce Wayne in this film, so much more personal and touching, Bale is outstanding in this role. Bane was brilliantly done, it may not be as memorable or have as much of a presence as The Joker but it was great to watch someone who could go against Batman in a fight. He was downright intimidating at times, thanks to Hardy's great performance. The movie is kinda slow, is longer than it should, and it's extremely bloated. But I still thought it was great overall, and concluded the trilogy pretty much perfectly...
