Skarmory is one of the best defensive Pokemon in the series with a colossal Defense stat, Steel typing, the Sturdy ability, an immunity to Earthquake, and access to Roost, Spikes, and Whirlwind. Also, for no particular reason I can pinpoint, he's one of the coolest looking Pokemon.
