My favorite Eevee-lution since the original games, it's the epitome of the term "bulky water." It's immune to water attacks, instead being healed by them, and offers useful utility moves such as Toxic and Wish. With the general lack of physical grass and electric moves in OU and a tremendous base HP stat, Vaporeon can be tough to take down.
