Fantastically directed movie with a powerful soundtrack. Robert De Niro's performance in this cannot be faulted and I'm looking forward to watching more of his films. I'm not a fan of boxing, or sport in general but I still felt invested in this powerful take on Jake LaMotta's rage-fueled battle against the world, his family and himself. Excellent!
