This one's a DEFINITIVE "genuine Tale of...-experience" all way through. This particular specific game is the very epitome of the phrase "Tales of...", one of it's most major representatives. It's not the best way to start your very first "Tales of..."-branded experience from, due to a number of specific reasons (mainly the "Tales of Destiny II" 'Murican f*ck-up back in the early 2000s), but it's right up there in the definitive Top 5 best "Tales of..." games of all time (alongside Phantasia, first Destiny, Destiny 2, and Rebirth). This is a major dish, essentially, served right after you've finished playing either Phantasia or first Destiny (or both, one after another, which really is the right way). This particular one can be played decently either on the PSOne or the PSP, but I highly recommend you do it on PSOne as it's the only truly genuine original experience "as is". If you don't have a physical PSOne console nearby, emulation is the way these days.
