If I were to make a two hour Lost movie (which would be an insane and stupid idea but whatever), I would probably somehow string the season 2, 3, and 4 finales together where I feel like the core of the plot happens, and make Desmond the main character, since in many respects he's at the center of everything. The conflict could be about Ben vs Charles Widmore with Desmond getting in the middle of it. The Jacob and Man in Black stuff could be mentioned as a myth-like thing but I wouldn't go deep into that because of time constraints and also I don't like season 6.
