My favorite Pokémon, from my favorite Pokémon game. I absolutely LOVED the focus he got in Crystal, his backstory and overall character were very mysterious, making him very interesting and appealing. His design is awesome as well!

He may not be as great in the metagame, but he's a solid OU water Pokémon and can be used to great effect in many teams and strategies.
