To me, this is the definitive way to experience Hellsing other than the Manga. The original anime is good in its own right but Ultimate is a lot more accurate to the Manga and follows the plot real well

For those interested in an action packed anime or something that gives the vampire genre justice, I recommend Hellsing Ultimate.
