I just picked this up with some other cheapo PC Engine games, and it's one of the most unique games I've played in a while. It's kind of a weird evolution of the old Snake game. You basically have to lengthen your body, then you collect food and and destroy stunned enemies by circling them. The levels vary from single screen rooms to large mazes to boss focused areas, and the designers knew how to vary between these to keep things from ever feeling repetitive. The whole thing feels very carefully designed, but it's kind of hard to explain why it works so well. It's one of the hidden gems of the PC Engine, and I highly recommend giving it a shot or at least watching a gameplay video to see if it looks interesting to you.
