The Empire Strikes Back is one of the best sequels to a film. It improves on everything in the first film. It adds to all the characters with the relationship with Han and Leia, Luke searching for the master Yoda to teach him the ways of the force, and the reveal of who Darth Vader is to Luke. It opens strong and stays that way through the rest of the film, and we get to see different worlds and learn new things about them. It all culminates in a duel between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. It then ends open to set-up for the next film to finish the story. I love this film and I think it's the best in the series so far.
