What a game, what a long, happy-experience I've had with this game. The story, the characters, great themes, this came out during a booming era in RPGs, on a king of them, the Playstation. Now while I really found myself more attached to Final Fantasy, Xenogears told me that SquareSoft was the best Japanese RPG developer ever in all ways (Of course that's definetly not true now, Square Enix but it was back then). While it may have some dated aspects in the production values in the latter disc, Xenogears sure as hell kept you hooked. This can spin in my Playstation any time, because it certainly can't spin in my Nintendo 64!
