At first I was extremely grossed out by District 9 to the point that I had to turn it off because it disturbed me so much. But then I couldn't stop thinking about the movie, and I continued to watch the film and I'm very glad I stuck with it. It was an exciting thriller and I was totally invested in the story and the characters and I was amazed by how clever it was put together and all of the layers of the story.
