Rocket League has a near perfect understanding of what makes a great party game: it's simple, easy to pick up and play and compete at the same level as more experienced players, and most of all it's just a really fun experience!

But like many other great party games, it also has it's shocking level of depth. Everything from the controls, physics to boost placement is carefully made to balance and reward the player for the way he plays. What might just look as a dumb little game to have fun with a few buddies at home, it actually is a surprisingly tactical game where careful planning and team communication is key.

Rocket League is, easily, one of the greatest party games i've ever played.
