Saved!Rich .Editing … The Dualshock 3 always felt pretty small in my hands whereas the 4 doesn't, it feels ergonomic and the triggers feel way more natural. The touchpad and light bar seem like unnecessary features to me but other than probably wasting some battery life in the case of the light (and you can turn the brightness down to mitigate that a bit) they don't hurt the experience at all so it doesn't bother me. Obviously Sony have kept the left stick level with the right which isn't the layout I like and because of that I have a slight preference for the XB1 pad over the DS4 but that's no big deal and there's very little in it compared to the gap between how much I liked the 360 pad and the DS3.
