Its over the top. What else do you expect from an Unreal game? It takes the familiar FPS game and adds a third-person camera and melee combat. Nothing's more satisfying, and insulting, than tearing your opponent apart with an energy blade or a coup de grace. Several of the usual UT weapons make a return but now you're forced to pick the two that you are good with. No more running around levels looking for a minigun or rocket launcher. Adrenaline makes a return with each character getting their own set of abilities. All of this slammed together makes UC2 one of the best Unreal games to date.
