I have to disagree with the average score here (5.2/10 at the time of writing). I think this is quite a step up from Episode I. It felt more action-packed, and I liked that we got to see more of Padme and young Anakin, and the other Jedi. It also delved further into the inter-planetary politics which I thought was cool. And significantly less Jar Jar Binks! Nice.
