  Editing … I'm sure it would be fine. My buddy is pretty resilient, hasn't been to the vet in years, he's never been professionally groomed, and he's fine with dry dog food. I'm always amazed when I hear about people taking their dog to the vet every other week, heating their food in the microwave, and constantly getting them groomed.
