I'm not sure why I spent over 100 hours playing this. I found the combat really boring. Just move the left analog stick from enemy to enemy and watch your characters fight. Plus I didn't get much out of the plot and characters and the FMV seemed really unnecessary. I like the graphics but not as much as VII through X, and I like the music but again not as much as VII through X. I guess I kept playing cause the towns were great and the size of the game was impressive, plus there were lots of side quests. I liked talking to the NPCs a lot.
