Don't really feel like I can give this a review or score since my seats were so crappy I could barely see. But... I fell asleep twice. Last time that happened to me in a movie theater was one of the LotR movies

Editing … This movie is way better than LotR though. It's actually fun to watch xD

Editing … The last film I fell asleep in the middle of was Sin City but it was 4am so I reckon I get a free pass on that one. You two confuse me, I liked Avengers 2 but it doesn't hold a candle to any of the LotR films.

Editing … I guess it's a lot more action-packed than FotR at least...

Editing … It's hard for me to think of my experience with this movie as anything other than "fell asleep twice and was on the verge of sensory overload most of the time I was awake." Sitting at such a severe angle to the big screen, straining the full 2+ hours to see, with super fast-paced action sequences and explosions and lasers, it can be really disorienting/overwhelming to someone with sensory problems. I'd also had a long day, and obviously this isn't the film's fault (hence why I'm not reviewing or scoring it). But also, I think I'd enjoy the superhero genre more if I saw films about superheroes with actual powers instead of a cast that's basically "Smart Guy, Patriot Guy, Arrow Guy, Angry Guy, Lightning Guy, and Badly-Written Female Character." (to be fair, Thor and The Hulk are closer to having actual "superpowers" and I'm partial to both of them) At least Scarlet Witch was there to mix things up too. I just think something like X-Men would be more my speed since the powers are more extravagant and there are actual deeper themes instead of "summer blockbuster action movie." I only went to see this one because it was a friend's birthday and I didn't want to end up being the reason my bf didn't go because I knew he really wanted to see it.

Editing … I'm impressed you managed to fall asleep in that situation. I need quiet and generally I need to be alone or around only people I trust.

Editing … I can never fall asleep if I'm watching a movie because I get so invested in it and I can't think of anything else. My mom on the other hand will be fast asleep before the coming attractions are over. xD

Editing … Yeah, normally I need quiet to sleep too, unless I'm just really tired. And the seats were so comfy, so that didn't help! Our local theater has roomy, leather reclining chairs for seating. So good.
