Not quite the series finale I was expecting, but "the Promise" was a fitting end to a great series that I will deeply miss. I had held out hope that the final shot of the series would be something along the lines of Raylan meeting his new chief in Miami, played by Ian McShane in a surprise cameo. Oh well, hopefully now we can get Timothy Olyphant in some awesome film roles.
