Some seem to look at this one as outdated, but I like the somewhat darker atmosphere in parts of it (I realise the marvel/anime cameos are pretty silly), the music is excellent throughout, and the dual plane action (the highway, the airport) should've been kept for the next game as it was a staple for the series. Other than these things though, Shinobi 3 did do nearly everything better and most importantly makes you feel more like a Ninja when playing it.
