The MD version of this game had a couple more levels in it. The tradeoff is pretty awful music which doesn't do the system or original songs justice at all. Graphics are on par though and gameplay is pretty much identical. RnR racing always will be a fun game to play with friends as it's basically RC Pro-Am II with a heavy metal aesthetic and a hilarious commentator. I recommend checking out the romhack for the MD version if you're into that sort of thing; There are lots of new tracks on there as well as 4-player support, and even CD music.
