(MCD) As a fan of Blade Runner and cyberpunk in general I loved the art direction, music and lore (of which there is a lot) in this game. While the story is hard to take seriously at times it is a great cartoony take on the film classics that inspired it. Gameplay-wise, I found Snatcher to be a bit lacking. It mainly revolves around trying out every action available, sometimes over and over to progress a linear story. Most of the time it's frictionless, but there are scenes where I felt like I knew what I needed to do without having the right option available, instead by trial & error choosing the correct order that indirectly led to the action I had in mind. The light gun sequences, while primitive even for the genre are a decent diversion and add a bit more tension to the experience but ultimately, I'd only replay this for its setting and aesthetics.
