This movie blindsided me. I've never cared for Godzilla, and had no intentions of ever seeing this. I was practically dragged to the theater by a couple of enthusiastic co-workers to go see this, and I'm glad that I got the push required to give this a chance. I had a ton of fun watching this - maybe even more than the people that dragged me to go see it.
