The game should have just stick to a handful of settings with a list of presets in each. Male/female, skin color, eye color, and build. That's it. Maybe you can also choose from a few different faces, but that's it. Character creators are a ridiculous feature. You bought a game but instead of playing it, you spend half hour at least making a character. What for? To make it look like you? Then your character should carry over from game to game, doncha think? Maybe this should have been a system feature of the PS4/Xbone.
