Just watched the first five minutes of the infamous episode Screams of Silence: The Story of Brenda Q out of curiosity. I don't think I've ever seen anything with a worse understanding of what tone is. You can't just jump back and forth between taking someone almost killing himself seriously and clown porn jokes and expect people's feelings to switch back and forth between those two extremes multiple times in under thirty seconds.
