Admitedly, I found out about the Binding of Isaac because it was made by Edmund McMillen, who made Super Meat Boy (you'll see that later). I loved Super Meat Boy, but what I wasn't expecting is how much more I loved The Binding of Isaac. The amount of replayability is absolutely insane, and that is the name of the game. The only reason I am giving it a 7 is because it has performance issues. A lot of them. However, a remake is in the works which should be *easier* to run, along with much more content. If so, I can easily say that THAT version will get a 10.
