Very good game, smooth gameplay, cool spells, fun story with some very dark moments. But:
- Areas are too small! Morrowind (2002) had huge areas, it felt like a WORLD. In Fable, the abundance of loading screens make the world feel like a "string of bubbles".
(The loading times are fairly short, no problem, but their PRESENCE removes quite a bit of the immersion factor.)
- Some characters seem to disappear after they play their roles in the main story. The "Oracle" tries to tell their "after-story", but it seems to be an afterthought. For example, what exactly happened to TwinBlades?
(To be honest, not sure if this could be handled elegantly... But Deus Ex did a better job there.)
Nevertheless, I repeat, very good game.
