Super Mario Land is a game you will just pick up and play. No overly complicated controls, no frustrating difficulty level... everything have been kept simple and fun in this game. The graphics and animations are minimal but they do their job. The music is catchy and the levels are diverse, ranging from plain Jump'n'run-levels over underwater levels to sky levels which include some shooting. Gamers will beat this game in only 45 minutes or so, but even after beating the final enemy there are some new things to discover because then the game runs in a higher difficulty level with more enemies. The classic power-ups like stars, flowers and mushrooms are all included. Super Mario Land is a simple yet fun game.
