After playing the awful second Epic Mickey game I desperately wanted to play the first one again. All I can say is that this game makes "Epic Mickey 2" look like "Big Rigs". This game features outstanding graphics, a very atmospheric soundtrack, an interesting story and great characters. Overall this is a very fun 3D platform game with a perfectly balanced difficulty level. The controls are good and it is fun to use paint and thinner to defeat enemies and to build up the wasteland. The total playtime is about 18 hours which is very good for a platform game. The worst part is the camera which is abysmal. This is the main reason why this game doesn't get a 9.0 from me. I had to adjust the camera all the time which was very annoying.
