I played this game in my childhood and I still love it. It's a very fun 2D platform game with unique features like the ability to turn into different characters. The levels are huge and there are a lot of things to collect. It also features a world map where you need to do some puzzle solving. The soundtrack is astonishing and the graphics and animations are loveable. I unfortunately never beat that game because there seems to be no save function and my SNES once crashed when I got really far (yes, my SNES CRASHED, there was some error message at the bottom of the screen; the music kept on playing and the pause screen was still visible, but I could not play anymore).
