Like my friend Dario said, the difficulty of this game is just... ridiculously hard. I was not even able to win the second cup. In my opinion Next Level Games went overboard: items, trick shots, mega strikes, super abilities, chargeable balls, dekes... is that soccer anymore? Most of the time I don't even know what's going on. The graphics are outstanding and soundtrack is one of the best out of all Wii Mario games, but gameplay-wise it is absolutely not recommendable for beginners or players who are used to slow-paced gameplay. The online mode lacks features like the ability to play with your friend against an AI-controlled opponent, and the "custom battle" mode of the predecessor has been removed for no reason, this I find very bad.
