Gunslinger is a no-fuss, linear 1st-person shooter that has you killing your enemies as quickly as possible to increase a combo multiplier. The experience points earned are then used to unlock special abilities that let you dual-wield revolvers or extend the duration of concentration mode, i.e. bullet time. What sets this game apart from other arcade-style shooters is the magnificent western atmosphere and cheeky narrative: The story of Silas Greaves' lifelong quest for vengeance may be a violent one, but the game doesn't take itself too serious and actually makes lighthearted fun of several Wild West legends like Jesse James and Billy The Kid. Considering the modest price, Gunslinger offers outstanding value for money!
