If you play Uncharted games for the setpieces this isn't the game for you, as they are few and pretty small compared to the rollicking action films of Uncharted 2 and 3. If you like Uncharted for the personality and characters though this is a worthy handheld sequel. This adventure contains lots of good Nate and Sully moments, a few dramatic moments that work well, and even a new character in Chase. Gameplay is kind of a mixed bag. While not unexpected for a launch game, Bend went way overboard in incorporating touch and motion controls (although some uses work well). Combat is nowhere near as good as recent games, barely better than the original's. However, this is the first game to really emphasize exploring for treasures well.
