A really cool hybrid of scrolling beat 'em ups and old-school shooter. Based on a graphic novel, there is minimal attention to story but the colorful artstyle is very cool and different. The combination of both game styles really elevates both and keeps them from becoming repetitive. Three unique characters are playable and like any good beat em up is best played with a friend, especially for the tough later stage bosses which descends to bullet hell. Really neat game that deserved at least a cult following imo.
