Once again Naughty Dog kicks off a new franchise on a new system, and the Uncharted games may be their best yet. Combining Tomb Raider and Prince of Persia environmental climbing with cover-based fire fights, Uncharted really is a modern Indy adventure. The first game is a little rough around the edges gameplay-wise: the gunplay is a little repetitive and low number of enemy types results in usual strategy for most of the game, and melee attacks aren't useful most of the time. The best quality of the game however is the cinematic feel it exudes, and I mean that in the best possible way. The characters are likeable, acting is outstanding, and the pacing is superb, you always want to play a little more to find out what happens next.
