Rocky Horror is a classic not only because of the unique fun factor within the film itself, but in the ensuing fandom that persists even to this day. Show me another film with a cult following that actually puts on re-enactments of the movie and encourages the audience to interact with what's happening in a given scene (e.g., singing along and dancing to the silly tunes, throwing pieces of toast, holding newspapers overhead and firing off water guns). You can't. To this day, it's unprecedented. Absolutely wish I'd grown up in the 70s due in part to RHPS.
