Saved!Rich .Editing … There are other kinds of horror games besides survival horror and platformer is the genre; 2d and 3d are sub genres. I've got no problem with sub genres and overlapping genres being rankable on here. Skateboarding's a sub genre of sports games but you ranked that Gries, personally I ranked platformers as one genre because I like them both just as much and I enjoy the same things about them (plus the list only has 10 spaces) and FPS/light gun shooters and arcade racing separately because I find those sub genres pretty different. If someone wants to rank horror games as a whole rather than just survival horror/psychological horror I'd say they should be able to.
