    The holy grail of turn based spacestrategy, close to be perfect. Space battles, ship development or build up colony defense anything was dimensioned for having fun doing it in the game. A not confusing research system and especially a decentralized administration system made this game "easy" to handle.
    GC (more) and CIV (less) games failed at this thing (rage quit).
    Since MoO2 no strategy game was so well balanced in the whole game mechanic, sadly a worthy successor is not in sight.
