Wanted to play a nice campaign as this game as it looks really good making me curious, but then i looked at the map and the database. Oh dear, "swiss" culture part of the french culture group and Bremen part of France in 1805! and this goes on, who was responsible for this crap? Don't have the time to make a mod myself yet or to search for a proper working one in german right now.
