Theres going to be over 30 classes and you divide up into 3 teams of 3 and one team of 2 basically however you want. Theres also hereditary stats and abnormalities with your "social links" effecting growth, like persona X pokemon. Theres skills that effect you outside of battle, and it seems you have to balance out some sort of boost you get for having multiple classes of the same type together with having all your bases covered.

This just looks better and better to me, the gameplay looks really deep and strategic with elements of quite a few different JRPGs mixed in. Having that many classes and dealing with team compisitions and hereditary stuff and combo moves and combining to form mechs and shit, so much to think about. Im super hype!
