Sure, Liberation Maiden is a short shooter that ends in a cliffhanger. However, the slick and stylish presentation literally makes up for all of its flaws. This was one of the only 3D shooters in the last couple years, but it was easily one of the best. The short arcade-style length makes it very easy to pick up and play at any time. I just wish that this game's sequel didn't switch gears to visual novel style.
