Yggdra Union is a mixed bag of experimental RPG ideas. The fighting system plays more like a tug-of-war game. The main hero is an cute, little girl who turns into a violent knight obsessed with justice. The adventure certainly tries to pass itself off as a simple revenge tale, but the developers literally turn these characters into ruthless mass-murderers. Despite all its flaws, Yggdra is still a brilliant piece of work with a fantastic soundtrack.
