Ys Seven is one of the best RPGs that happened to pass under the radar of many publications. It combines intense action with a vast world to explore. The graphics are tantalizing. The soundtrack is an amazing mix of punk rock and diverse instrumentation. The story takes time to start up, but it is still an adventure that shows more charm than nearly every other JRPG around.
