Samurai Shodown 2 transformed SNK's reputation as one of the best fighting game developers in the video game industry. It features the unusual graphical style of old samurai films, with taiko drum music and a diverse cast of characters. The computer's fighters are insanely tough, but the visuals and the sound effects still blow me away even to this day.
