Halo 3 finishes what Halo 2 set-up. The story spends it's time doing that and is does a fine job. All the characters are good, and the one that isn't is killed off later, with one of the more fun characters following. We do see some slight development with the main characters too. Again, variety of weapons and levels. Co-op is still a lot of fun and so is multiplayer, which is at it's best here. With a ton of modes and maps, it will keep you playing for a while after completion.
